Xiaoke Wang, aka Bruce,  a composer (BMI, SCL, ASMAC, ASA) for film, TV, and video games,  is based in Los Angeles, California.

 
He moved to Los Angeles in 2019 and studied film scoring, composition, and synthesizer, Jazz Arranging at UCLA and Berklee College of music.

He used to work at Digital Media Technology Co. Ltd (DMT) as a Product Specialist in the music department in Beijing, China, providing technical support for  Pro Audio manufacturers including software and hardware to dealers, end-users, and artists in China. 

He had also worked as Music Editor, Recording and Mixing Engineer at Donko Studio in Beijing, China

Grew up as a musician, he is a multi-instrumentalist, who plays both classical and jazz piano, as well as drum kit, and electric bass. 

 

He is now a composer writing music for visual media such as Film, TV, Video games, etc. 

 

His composition is influenced by a dozen of genres including Jazz, Blues, Rock and Metal, Classical music,  20th century, Funk, Reggae, and got inspired by both classical composers including Igor Stravinsky, Arnold Schoenburg, Dmitri Shostakovich, Ludwig Beethoven, and contemporary composers including Jerry Goldsmith, Hans Zimmer, Elliot Goldenthal, and Jonny Greenwood,  Alexandre Desplat, Trent Reznor, Johann Johannsson and so on.
